The Agenda

What your 30 minutes will look like.

Every diagnostic is run by a Gabitus solutions architect with a PhD-level background in behavioral science or I-O psychology. No SDR script, no marketing deck — a working session mapped to the outcomes your team is already measured on.

  1. 01

    Calibrate the cohort

We open with the team, the habit challenge, and the metric you actually report against. Five minutes.

  2. 02

    Score against the Habituation Index™

Your architect walks your situation against our patented scoring model (U.S. Patent No. 11,892,341 B2) and the Fogg Behavior Model mapping — live, on screen.

  3. 03

    Identify the lowest-cost intervention

One move, owned by one person, with a 30-day success criterion. No 40-page roadmap.

  4. 04

    You leave with the brief

A one-page diagnostic brief is emailed within one business day — yours to keep whether or not you continue.

Common questions

Answered plainly.

The four questions our solutions architects hear most often on the diagnostic call.

Who actually attends the call on the Gabitus side?

A solutions architect (most hold a PhD in behavioral science, data science, or I-O psychology) and, for enterprise accounts, a deployment engineer on standby. No SDRs, no marketing. If the topic warrants it, one of our 41 in-house PhDs will join for the second call — at no cost.

Will the diagnostic be recorded?

Only with your written consent, and only inside your tenant region. Recordings are encrypted at rest with a customer-held key and deleted automatically after 30 days unless you ask us to keep them longer. We default to no recording for first calls.

How does the company-size routing work, and does pricing change?

Mid-market accounts (500–2,500 employees) are routed to our standard tier. Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees, or any deployment into a regulated industry) are routed to a named architect with a private tenant. Pricing is the same per-employee model either way — the difference is the operating envelope and the SLA. No surprise quote at the end of the call.

And what happens after the call?

You receive the one-page diagnostic brief within one business day. If there is a fit, your architect proposes a 14-day pilot scoped to a single team and a single measurable habit, with first habit-velocity insights landing inside 72 hours of onboarding. If there is not a fit, the brief is yours to keep — no follow-up sequence, no nurture track. The architecture team at Gabitus was built by the people who built HabitCoach.io; we measure our work on whether you recommend the diagnostic to a peer.

Your first habit-velocity insight lands within 72 hours of onboarding.

Spend thirty minutes. Leave with a diagnostic brief.

No deck, no obligation. A working session with a PhD-level solutions architect, calibrated to the habit your team is actually trying to move.
