§ 01 — The Evidence File
What follows is the consolidated third-party evidence file for Gabitus. Every claim is sourced. Every figure is traceable to a named issuing body, a publication date, and a study methodology you can challenge. We publish this page because the buyers we serve — Heads of People, L&D, and HR leaders at 500–10,000-employee organizations — are accountable to CFOs, legal, and procurement, and they deserve a paper trail, not a pitch deck.
The index below covers six independent attestations: the Forrester Total Economic Impact study (2024), four consecutive G2 Leader badges in Behavior Analytics, the Harvard Business Review "Tools That Actually Change Behavior" feature (March 2024), the BJ Fogg Lab Review (2023), U.S. Patent No. 11,892,341 B2 covering the Habituation Index™ methodology, and the 2024 UX Design Award (Professional Category).

§ 02 — Forrester Total Economic Impact, 2024
Forrester Consulting conducted a Total Economic Impact study of Gabitus across 41 customer deployments, interviewing program sponsors, finance partners, and end users. The headline finding — a 72% average improvement in 90-day habit retention — was computed against each customer's pre-Gabitus baseline, not against an industry benchmark. Below are the four figures procurement teams most often quote back to their CFO.

§ 03 — Third-Party Recognition
Six attestations from independent bodies, in chronological order. We present them as a bibliography — issuing body, date, scope — rather than a logo wall, so you can verify each one against its source.
No. 01

No. 03
Dr. BJ Fogg's behavior-design lab at Stanford reviewed the Gabitus implementation of the Fogg Behavior Model and called it "the most rigorous commercial implementation of the model to date."
No. 04
The USPTO granted the patent covering Gabitus's scoring methodology, including the sequence-to-sequence habit-velocity forecaster used to rank behavior-change trajectories across cohorts.
No. 05
The Insights dashboard was awarded in the Professional Category for clarity of evidence presentation, restraint in visualization, and accessibility of the underlying data model to non-analyst users.
No. 06

§ 06 — Methodology & Scrutiny
The following answers are written for the skeptical buyer — the person whose job is to find the weakness in the dossier. If you need a longer answer, your Gabitus account director can route the question to our research office in Boston.
Forrester ran a standard TEI methodology: a composite organization built from 41 interviewed customers, risk-adjusted, present-valued over three years. The model spreadsheet, including all sensitivity assumptions, is shared under NDA with any prospect in active evaluation. The 72% retention lift is calculated as the average of each customer's pre vs. post delta — not against an external benchmark.
No. Gabitus is HIPAA-certified as a business associate but is explicitly not a covered medical device. The platform ingests behavioral telemetry from consent-gated integrations; it does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Customer counsel should review our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and the certification scope document, both available on request.
Every Gabitus tenant runs in its own private cloud region. We do not co-mingle data across customers, and zero behavior events leave the tenant's selected region. Supported regions include US-East, US-West, EU-Central, EU-West, UK-South, CA-Central, AU-East, and JP-East. Region selection is locked at contract signing.
The Habituation Index™ is a scoring methodology that converts raw behavior-event streams into a single 0–100 score representing the durability of a habit at the 90-day mark. U.S. Patent No. 11,892,341 B2 covers the specific weighting model and the sequence-to-sequence forecaster used to project trajectories. The patent abstract is published on the USPTO public PAIR portal.
Customers see first habit-velocity insights within 72 hours of onboarding — compared with an industry average of 19 days, per the G2 Winter 2025 Behavior Analytics report. The 72-hour window assumes the customer has connected at least one source system (Workday, Slack, Oura, Apple Health, or one of 84 other pre-built connectors) within the first 24 hours.
Average NPS across enterprise customers is 71, measured quarterly by an independent third-party survey administered to the customer's named program sponsor and two end users. The most recent reading (Q1 2026) covered 184 enterprise accounts, including Shopify, PwC, Unilever, and the Royal Australian Navy. Raw scores and methodology are shareable under NDA.
